These guys have the best products out there. We love our 4500s. On top of their great product, the customer service is second to none. I went for replacement parts today and Mikayla was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I highly recommend giving her a call if you are interested in knowing more about their fans.

Just love the way we can still enjoy sitting outside in this excessive heat thanks to Cajun Kooling. We have been using several brands before we purchased the one we have today. It is in an excellent quality and I strongly recommend it for everyone who do live in the south.This is the 3rd year we are using it and it did not break or needed maintenance. Just poor the water and press the on button and enjoy staying outside in you patio.

We have had our Cajun Kooling evaporating cooler since 2017. We love it and use it frequently. We’ve had to replace the fan motor and the folks there help us get it back up and running.

Best investment!! I’ve been using mine on my patio for 7 years while my kids play outside. Now I’m buying another one for my parents to keep at their house. Super easy to keep clean, surprisingly quiet and has held up even sitting outside. I recommend this product to anyone who spends a lot of time outside, especially in Louisiana

Great product, I have an original unit from 2019 and it still works great. And, the new ones with the side opening for ice are a game changer! They always take care of me if I need anything, which is not often. Easy maintenance is a plus!!

I purchased one of these at a boat show 2 years ago. One of the best things I’ve ever purchased for outdoor comfort. Since then I have purchased a 2nd unit and my friends have also purchased units. No fault of Cajun kooling I lost my side door transporting it to my camp. I called Cajun looking to order the replacement part, they actually sent me the part FREE OF CHARGE!!! That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and doing business the right way!! Highly recommend Cajun cooling and their products!!

My family owns 5 Cajun Koolers because they're the Best ! Recently had an issue on a water pump on a 2 year old #4500. Quickly received aa call from their people to diagnose the problem. Tried a couple of things that didn't fix the problem, so they quickly sent a new pump and followed up to be sure I received. Just replaced and working perfectly ! Highly recommend their coolers and the customer service after the sale !
