I have owned my Cajun Kooler for 6 years and have never had an issue. The other day I unfortunately smashed the drain valve and it broke. I called Cajun Kooling and they quickly helped identify the part and sent me out a new. They have a great product and great service.

We have owned the CK4500 for several years now. We have it on our back porch next to our grill and it works wonder in the hot afternoons. Being portable we also use it when working in our garage. Definitely recommend.

Bought 4 larger coolers before the summer to replace our portacools. They've really helped my employees stay cooler during the hot summer, and maintenance has been far less than our previous coolers. Service fast and dependable. Look forward to working with them in the future.
