“Great customer service at this location. I had to visit the post office twice within two 2 days. The first time I was helped by a lady with short hair. She was so patient with me and my children. I had a crying newborn and a line behind me so I was a bit frustrated. However, she was very helpful, professional, and kind. The next day a gentleman helped me and he was very professional and knowledgeable. It felt really great to experience 5 star service both days. Google maps does not take you to the entrance of this building. It takes you to the back where the employees are loading their mail trucks.”

“I’m not sure why the post office has a bad rating. My mother and I wanted to mail two packages and the postal worker was incredibly helpful. Helped fill out the mailing address for us even. She was very polite. No issues. Got tracking numbers for everything and she reminded us to hang on to those until the packages were delivered.”

“Employees have always been friendly. This review is about a mail delivery person. The mail delivery person already made his normal deliveries, however about 2:30-310pm. I spotted a mail delivery driver speeding down my street. The speed limit is only 10mph here. And this person was going between 25-30mph down my street. So please inform this driver that the speed limit in Linpark Trailer park is only 10mph. He was driving way too fast for me to run out and slow him down. He's already made his deliveries here. Did he miss someone and decided to blow down my street (Concourse A) to fix his mistake before quitting time? I'm very disturbed about this!”

“Wow. I’ve never been inside this facility but I did drop off a small package in the drive by mailbox on a Saturday afternoon. It was New Year’s weekend and I wasn’t sure if it would move before the following Tuesday (Jan 2). To my absolute surprise, the tracking showed the package was in PA by late Sunday night! I’m super impressed.Now looking at these reviews, and everyone can’t be lying or exaggerating, I’m very skeptical about using this location. I’m an Etsy seller and sometimes need to ship a package on Saturday and this location is the only choice local to me. We’ll see how it goes.I hope that somehow people start taking more pride in themselves and how they do their jobs. It feels better at the end of the day knowing you did the right thing. Well, it should.”
