I drop off two envelopes with bracelet in them it’s was around 06-20-2020. Which I took inside and handed to the lady behind the counter. And she ask me are they bracelet I responded yes, long behold my two brothers in Fresno, California never received them. I don’t understand that at all.

I've been missing packages and mail for weeks now. The items are marked as delivered, but somehow never make it to my house. What a waste of taxpayers money.

Walked in 5 min before scheduled closing and my package was refused due to the 3 person line in front of me. Poor customer service if possible avoid this post office.
