Gruff customer service and tough to get through on phones. If you use drive up, you will absolutely wait 25 minutes if there is ANYONE ahead of you. They often can't find your meds n spend an eternity pulling out box after box..... only used them for Goodrx price on pet med.

Still Understaffed. Yesterday, around 6:30 pm, we waited almost 1 hour to get medication in the drive-thru. A smile and a good attitude could be good advice for the pharmacy technologist.
