“I am a repeat customer at this store. My service received from Mr. Carl Hudson recently is always beyond reproach. His customer service skills are great and his ability to communicate with his customers in a professional effective manner is always a joy when I meet him no matter how long it’s been before I enter the store, for my next purchase. The furniture quality always great, however this time I brought a queen mattress in the store and it seems to do well with my back. However, once I’ve slept on it the first night and purchased a pillow top cover for the 2nd night trying to make it work it still a lot firmer than what I experienced in the store. It is unfortunate that return of these items is always frowned on by management, so maybe I’ll try to sell it and then go back and purchase a different one. The brand that I bought was supposed to be very popular, however, maybe not for me?”

Any time I had to contact her through the financing process, she would respond quickly. She was very helpful. The delivery of my furniture was always a good experience. The drivers were within the delivery window I was given. All three men were personable and professional.Overall I had a great experience.”

“I had been searching for a power recliner for my father all day for something in stock. My father is in a wheelchair and I needed something fast for him. We contacted Lopez Furniture and asked what they had in stock. They sent a few pictures. I was literally 5 min away and stopped in. The ones they had was manual. I needed a power reclining chair. They searched and looked around and found a power recliner but it had a lift option. When I tell you they took care of me that day is an understatement. I am thankful for the individuals working there that day and the price they quoted me. Highly recommend this place 100%.”

“We highly recommend Mr. Billy Cheek and his company. We recently received our 2nd custom mattress made for an odd sized antique bed. We LOVED our first one, on a guest bed, so much - it was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. A friend, who had slept on the bed as our guest agreed it was the only mattress that didn’t cause her to wake up with a backache. When we decided to keep our additional antique bed as our primary bed, we had Mr. Billy make us another custom mattress. It is truly amazing. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Billy personally came out to measure our antique bed and made it meticulously to our specifications. Do not let the facade fool you. This is a quality family run company that I will recommend without hesitation to anyone.”
