4848 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge“We stayed in Baton Rouge overnight for business last night. Another hotel chain did not meet our accommodations as promised. We had to find a place to stay after being on the road for hours at 12 am. We immediately thought about Hoilday Inn in our time of distress. The location on Constitution in Bation Rouge had the most incredible response to our needs last night. Night shift staff on duty, Kameron, was there to greet us with a smile. He welcomed us in the middle of the night. Claim us down and get us ready for a comfortable night of lodging. I would say the hotel is very neat, clean, and updated. It was a much better experience than the hotel down the road, which failed to meet its obligations. Thank you to Kameron for your excellent customer care and saving the night.
Rooms: Perfect!
Noteworthy details: Excellent customer service especially night staff Kameron. He was ready willing and able to greet us with great accommodations.”

5500 Hilton Ave, Baton Rouge“Loved our 4 day stay.. the room was spacious and had a computer desk which I used, the desk wasn’t wide enough which was a little handicap but overall worked well. The lounge is great, the lady during the breakfast was super nice and welcoming.. the man, name starting with a J, at the front desk was grumpy and unwelcoming which was a bit off putting and shouldn’t honestly be allowed to be in the front desk but the rest of the staff made the stay very pleasurable.”

200 Convention St, Baton Rouge“My wife and I recently had an amazing stay at The Indigo. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean, and the views overlooking the Mississippi River and location near The Manship Theatre, Tsunami, LSU MOA, etc., could not be beaten. The staff went above and beyond to exceed expectations and make our stay incredible. 10/10 will go back!”

"The hotel is perfect for spending a few days working. It is clean and cozy, but the best part of all is the people who work there! Their service is 10/10. The girls at the café in the morning ?? are the best of the best." From Miami ❤️”

The staff members represent their company well with friendliness, kindness, and concern that the guest needs and expectations are mer. Thank you Angela, Myesha, and the gentlemen who worked the 3pm until 11pm shift on 7/20/24. My rooms was clean roomy and confortable. I had a minor maintenance incident in first room and was immediately transferred to another room. I will definitely book here again. Thank you all again!”

7979 Essen Park Ave, Baton Rouge“This hotel is in a great location, very convenient and easy to access. It is very well maintained and pleasing to the eye to look at all the amenities. A couple of drawbacks were the AC that ran too loud and had two settings off and on, the temperature control was not working. What was really a drawback is that the shower that was installed. Looks like it was done by someone with no attention to detail it was, it was not completely sealed. There were pencil marks from the cuts, it leaked, and there was glue or something like glue all over the walls . The other drawback was that the reception on the TV was not very good it seems as if it was an antenna instead of cable, and there was a lot of distortion. And with the AC running all night, I had to turn the volume all the way up just to be able to hear the television.”

She truly embodies customer service and just plain old human kindness which is in such short supply these days. Embassy Suites is lucky to have her and I am fortunate that she was on duty when I arrived!”

2421 S Acadian Thruway, Baton Rouge“The super friendly service and clean rooms make up for the bit outdated bathroom. I really enjoy this hotel. The way the people in the lobby greet you, the cleanness of the rooms and the outback restaurant next door. The little scratch card for gold members is an amazing idea, I wish all Marriotts would do that.Overall, it's a great hotel, I'm definitely coming back here!”
“Rooms: Room was clean and comfortable.Safety: Parking lot could use more lighting. Seemed to be a sketchy part of town.Walkability: Not a gpod area for walking, except perhaps to the Waffle House next door and the gas station on the corner. Walking across the street to get lunch from one of the fast good joints took FOREVER, reminded me of playing the old-school arcade game FROGGER and nearly got me killed!”

2683 Energy Dr, Baton Rouge“We just started a 5 day stay here and I must say that first impressions are great. It really upsets me to think of the number of times we've been in Baton Rouge and stayed in nearby places that were more expensive and not as nice.We chose the king suite room because of some reviews and we're thrilled at the size of the suite and the cleanliness. This is an older hotel but is in the very best condition. Lobby and breakfast are impressive. There's a lot of highway noise but absolutely none in our room.If things change during our stay I'll update this post but I don't expect any problems. I can't imagine where any bad reviews come from.Follow -up Review:My husband and I stayed at this hotel again a year or so later and we had a very poor experience. We were in a different section of the hotel for the second stay and it was nothing like the first. The room this time was a standard double room. It didn't seem clean and there was noise in the hall that was bothersome. The walls and doors did not block routine conversations outside the room. It really seemed like a second rate hotel. We go to Baton Rouge every year but we have never stayed here again. The location is great and maybe the king suites are the way to go but we've never given them another chance.”

4924 Constitution Ave, Baton Rouge“Kenric (the front desk guy) is seriously one of the nicest men I have ever met. I had traveled several hours and arrived early. He was so kind to get me. I arrived a few hours early and he could tell I was totally exhausted. He allowed me to check in early so I can take a nap before my important event that evening. Then the next day he went out of his way to help me print an important document. You don't find stuff like that anymore. The beds are why I love to stay at Comfort Inn. The only reason I gave it a four-star is because the hotel is getting a bit outdated. But under no circumstances, is that an issue on the staff side.”

3010 Valley Creek Dr, Baton Rouge“Excellent crew, easily check in, fantastically easy to book, and clean! Even in the lobby, it smelled so clean! The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. My only two complaints were about the bathroom door and the bathroom vent. The door didn't close completely, but it wasn't a huge issue. However, the bathroom vent, which had no option to turn off as it was tied to the light switch, was amazingly loud and rambunctious. The vent gave me flashbacks. Every time we would turn on the bathroom light, it was like listening to a concert of epileptic monkeys bang coconuts on tiger enclosure at an understaffed zoo. Gotta get that fixed.”
“This is a great property. Had nothing but excellent service from the front desk, to the housekeepers and the gentleman that does the maintenanceCurrently doing some renovations so if the pool is a must you may want to contact them first, was not an issue for us.”

3330 Harding Blvd, Baton Rouge“The hotel is clean, even with a lot of guests at the property. The only thing is that the air inside the hallways felt a little humid/moist, but that may have been because of the weather, not the hotel itself. The lighting in the room wasn't the greatest, but it was decent. There are several restaurants nearby. It is about a 5 minute drive to everything at the airport (rental car pickup/return, departures, arrivals).”
“Had reservations at a nearby hotel, but they lost it and wanted to change the rate that I was quoted. I walked into Microtel. They had an available room for the rate quoted for the other hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I will return.Rooms: Several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I will return.Safety: Well, it's lit at night. Parking was safe.Walkability: The area appears safe. There is a fence surrounding the entire complex of hotels and restaurants. I wasn't nervous walking around.”
“The hotel is quite nice with lots of free parking. Centrally located, not too far from LSU. Free breakfast and wifi. Rooms are mostly quiet but I could hear showers running and toilet flushing from other rooms. Beds are OK. Lobby is very nice. Check-in was fast and easy. I'd stay at the hotel again.Rooms: Rooms are satisfactory and clean.Food & drinks: Free breakfast and free happy hour.”
