Made a trip of 18 miles one way because of mail to replace my remote. When I got there was told if had the replacement already. Trip was not necessary.

Their customer service center is outsourced to India now. So you speak to people that can't understand. When a tech does come they don't fix anything. Every one says something different.

I went in, not a long wait, which was good. The young man was polite, but, here's where my 3 star rating is explained. The person helping me had their ear pods in their ears the whole time. I had to raise my voice (embarrassing to me) because he couldn't hear me because he had those things in his ears.

I highly recommend just calling Cox for anything you need. The store employees and manager seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. They told me something was impossible. I got in the car and called Cox's 800 number and they said it was no problem at all and were surprised at the store's inflexibility. I almost cancelled service on the spot but the customer service on the phone saved the day.

Sad I didn’t get the name of the lady that helped me. Such a good attitude when they were crazy busy. Funny too. Never felt inclined to post a cox cable google review but she got me in and out in no time & it’s hard to find people with good attitudes in customer service these days.. especially on a Friday :)

Ive dealt with internet problems for the last two months. Every other day theres some kind of issue. The price isnt bad but i feel like i dont get what i pay for!

Transfered the modem and cable to my new home from an apartment on a guarantee that there would be no issue. I’ve been here for a week and have been lied to twice about a technician coming out to trouble shoot the issue. Every time my girlfriend and I have called after taking off of work the 3rd party outsourced customer service answering service says there is no record of a technician coming. Yet we are still being charged for technicians fees and service even though we haven’t used it in weeks! Thieves and incompetent personnel work here and will screw you on fees. The monopoly cartel internet service that is cox will rob you and provide slow internet and sit on a thrown of lies before they do anything to help.Thanks again,Via first time homebuyer

Needs better workers to lackadaisical. No enthusiasm just dry & awkward interactions also you can tell they just want you out of the store so they can carry on doing absolutely nothing.

The C screen showing the sports quit working and Cox wants to charge me $75 to send someone out to fix the service I pay for. How can they charge me me monthly for a service I am not getting. This is a horrible company and I will be switching my home & business tv and internet to another provider
