COX Installation went bad, and the technician failed to report damages done

Made a trip of 18 miles one way because of mail to replace my remote. When I got there was told if had the replacement already. Trip was not necessary.

Their customer service center is outsourced to India now. So you speak to people that can't understand. When a tech does come they don't fix anything. Every one says something different.
