The tellers at this bank have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Extremely slow and lazy service. Go to any other cadence bank branch.

My account was set up to DECLINE if funds were insufficient. Cadence pushed 2 through and have the audacity to steal $72 from me in the form of "overdraft fees". They charged me TWICE. Bank at your own risk, I'm switching to a credit union.
