“My review is a long time coming. Last year my car broke down at the intersection of 165 and Horseshoe Drive. Dangerous intersection to be broke down. I called Henry’s and when he heard that I was in the middle of the intersection he told me he would be there in 5 minutes. I think it was actually 4. He quickly loaded my car and had me at the repair shop within 45 minutes. Thank you Monty for coming to my rescue. Just good people to know. Keep Henry’s on your phone for those emergencies. You will be happy you did!!”

“On October 29th I was in a wreck. I called Metro and Mr. Mike the dispatcher got me a wrecker out to the accident within minutes. The Tow Guy, Chris, was prompt, polite, and very helpful. Chris took his time yet got my vehicle wenched up and secured safely to the wrecker in less time than it took the other company to retrieve the other person's vehicle. I recommend Metro tow for all of you Tow needs ...”

“I was suppose to drop off my van. I requested that they call me once the glass needed for my sunroof comes in. Then I'll drop it off. The receptionist went ahead and took the pictures the insurance needed. Then got the ? from Progressive for me to keep my van until they were ready to work on it.

“Sadler Towing was wonderful. Sean worked very quickly to get my car loaded and to the shop. They were able to fix it before the shop closed. This was important because we were just traveling through Alexandria and had to be at our destination that night.There were only 2 seats for passengers in the tow truck leaving 2 stranded. Sean brought this problem to his boss. Janelle, the owners wife, offered to pick up the other 2 and bring us to the repair shop. I can’t thank you enough for going out of the way to help us. You all were a blessing to us this day.”
