“When I came to the dealership I met Kenny, big E, a really nice guy. He went over prices and possibilities on the computer then we went out into the parking lot looking for a possible Ford raptor. It wasn't there so we started looking at the other vehicles and from the beginning he was clear that this dealership plays no games and he was honest from start to finish. He took me to the back lot where vehicles had just been traded in and that's where we came across the Ford Edge. I told him I was very interested with this vehicle and he got it pulled in the same day to go through the inspection process. He called me and messaged me details and links about the car. Next day we took her for a test drive and he helped me find things on the display, front dash. He is a very helpful and honest salesman. I am so thankful he was the one to help me get my new vehicle. “Was told to expect a 3+ hour wait for 1 tire. When I came in the lady at the desk asked to see the tire in question. Suggested they do a plug instead of trying to upsale a whole tire (plus fees.) When it came my turn for repair, I was called to ask if I had roadside hazard warranty. I didn’t, but the whole experience was great. 3+ turned into me only waiting about 1 1/2. Amazing front desk folks and the techs in the back making this seamless.Service: Tires”

“After a stressful month of car troubles, I drove to Clarksville from Nashville expecting to just do a test-drive. Starting my experience with Jason, the Sales Manager, he put me at ease by sharing that by trading my current vehicle, I could save more than by selling to another company. When I arrived, the vehicle I had chose was waiting front and center, and name was written (correctly) on the tag. I had the pleasure of working with Tisha. She patiently guided me through the buying process. She answered each of my questions, taking the time to assist previous customers as they called or stopped by her office during my visit. Each step of the way, I felt cared for and never rushed. Lastly, Misty assisted me with completing my paperwork. She was knowledgeable, precise and very thorough.
