“I called NTB to ask about the pricing of a tire, and they told me it would be $85 with a $10 discount and $20 for the balance. However, the price I was quoted over the phone did not match the one I received at my local NTB tire store. I was told by the store manager that the quote wasn't correct and that it was provided by the NTB call center and not an actual store. Please be aware that when you call NTB, it’s a call center and not an actual store. Thankfully, the store manager Torres was able to get as close as possible to the quote provided by the call center. Torres not only made things right, but he also had a great attitude and conducted himself in a professional manner. For all of your tire needs, NTB on Gause in Slidell is a great choice.”

Called around, and either no one had availability, worked on my type of car, or would give me straight pricing answer. The first place in Slidell I tried was this one and they were super straight forward and honest. They replaced the sensor in less than a day, and charged me less than half than other shop, because they were honest on the amount of chargeable time. I’ll go out of my way to visit this shop again.”
