“My wife and I have been here 6 months now and the experience has been everything we had hoped for. The team on site (Betsy, Alexis and Rob) are always available and responsive to any questions, work orders or general tenant needs and make it very easy to live here. The units are very spacious with high ceilings and the building amenities are well maintained and add value to the tenants overall experience. Highly recommend this building.”

“Fox Chase is the best place I’ve lived. Management is wonderfully kind as well as maintenance staff who address any concerns promptly. Easy to communicate with staff for anything. Two beds, baths, and walk in closets - cannot get better there. Love the big patio window door and large bedroom windows for natural light. Dog friendly too! There are fun community events and feels very safe with police regularly patrolling. I would highly recommend Fox Chase for apartment living.”
“Great living and facilities at Monmouth Row. Rosie is amazing to work with and always willing to assist. The complex is within walking distance to many Newport attractions and the restaurant attached to it is really good. Loved Monmouth and will always be our first choice if ever an apartment will be needed in Newport.”
“My husband and I have lived here for 1yr now and we love it here. The girls at the office Jenn and Courtney are super sweet. I have a Disease that I have to call 911 a lot. And we needed the sidewalk repaired. And they repaired it for me with no problems. And the maintenance guys are very nice and get things done fast. And we have awesome neighbors.”

“Wonderful, unique residences here with covered parking and an elevator, in the middle of this vibrant neighborhood. The place is well taken care of and clean.Some of these places have beautiful views of the neighborhood.You are surrounded by great restaurants and bars as well.”
“I wanted a place downtown where I could walk to work. The Reserve is built on the site of an old branch of the Federal Reserve which is cool (they filmed the opening scene of Dark Knight here) and it is a 15m walk to my office so it checks off those things. I liked my unit; it was a bit small but nice with a good view of Carew Tower and huge windows that let in a lot of light.I appreciate this building so much - it is clean and it is quiet, which are the two most important things to me. The old construction/concrete means you don't hear footsteps or any noise from the neighbors. And I have not seen a single bug in 2 years of living here.Emily has been the manager during my stay. She is very straightforward and professional. She has been responsive and helpful the whole time, from moving in to moving out. I hope wherever I end up next has someone this good running it.Other good things would be the location and the rooftop view, which is amazing and I spent a lot of time reading up there. There are doorman and they are friendly, and there's a gym which is basic but very useful. Maintenance dude is a little weird but he is quick to fix things usually.The only bad thing I can think of is that the building has recently started having numerous elevator issues, so you might be waiting for one for a while. But honestly who cares, the apartment is so good I wouldn't mind taking the stairs every day if I had to.Definitely recommend for people wanting to live in the city.”

“Very convenient place to live and great access to all important locations. Maintenance does a great job and they keep the outside nice and neat. Cons are there are no security cameras or key fobs to enter to buildings so anyone can enter. I have loss my packages twice and nothing much can property management do about it.”

“This is a wonderful apartment! My unit was freshly renovated before move in, and there were no issues. The maintenance man and building management are very personable and quick to fix things. The apartments themselves are beautiful, high ceilings, central AC/heat, and massive windows, and most importantly: it’s safe. The doors to the building are locked 24/7. Overall I highly recommend this building! A great view of downtown Cincy if a big bonus!”

“I lived at Deer Hill for nearly four years and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff keeps the grounds maintained and cleaned and are very attentive to the needs of their tenants. I never had to wait an excessive amount of time for maintenance to address the few requests I submitted. Aaron, a maintenance worker, was always kind and courteous. I lived at Deer Hill while attending college and my neighbors were a great mixture of older and younger people. I highly recommend living here! It is suitable as a both a starter apartment or a place you can call home for many years.”

“Amazing response from the maintenance department. Mike was very quick and efficient. I was very impressed and very happy. It was multiple items that were somewhat simple. I figured it would take a while to fix. Bulb replacement outside front door, hot water blend on shower, reduce heat in apartment (battery change in thermostat), etc. He even assisted me in wall hanging my TV. Great guy!”

Mackenzie has been the best leasing professional I've ever worked with and I've lived in apartments for over a decade! She's VERY quick to respond to any questions and when I was having issues because of a portal problem leaving my last apartment to my new place she really helped make sure I could apply for my current apartment. Coming from the brand new fancy builds that are way too overpriced in Oakley and Madisonville, this place felt like home. It's quiet and safe most importantly, way too many crime issues in my last higher end apartment. Def can't beat the value, safety, location and great leasing professionals at Delta Flats!”

“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”
