“Had my car towed to the shop on Tuesday to get the alternator replaced (at least I thought that was the problem) and have some more general maintenance done. I let it be known that I wasn’t in a huge hurry as I have alternate transportation. Was notified on the same day that it was in fact the alternator and gave a list of other things to check/replace. They called on Friday morning that it was done and ready for pickup! I got my car back and it cost about 1/3 less than I expected and runs like a dream! This will definitely be my new go-to shop since my trusted mechanic had to move away. Highly recommend!”

“Everyone here was really nice. Took my car in because it had a bunch of dashboard lights on. They said it was just a loose sensor and didn't even charge me anything! I went to the dealership before going here where they charged $150 for inspection and tried to upsell me on a bunch of things. Will definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future. I was able to schedule a repair with the guys here in Georgetown and I'm glad I did. The service was great, and they fixed the tire easily. “They were very competitive with their prices. I compared them to 3 other places. They were very willing to compete with competitors’ prices. The only complaint I have is I was told it would take only 1 1/2 - 2 hours. It did, once they took the car into the bay. My husband & I dropped off the car around 10:30 AM. We went back 2 hours later. Car had not been moved. My husband went on home. I decided to wait because we were told ours was next. It took them another hour to take it into the garage & another 1 1/2 hours to balance & mount four tires & do a front alignment. So overall, it 4 1/2 hours of me killing time before my car was ready. If it were not for the wait time, I would have given them 5 stars. I did hear one of the mechanics say they were short staffed. However, if that were the case, they should not have promised what they could not deliver.”
