“I cannot recommend them high enough. My journey came in for a radiator replacement and an oil cooler replacement. As rick was repairing my vehicle , he found negligent work that had been done by a previous mechanic. He caught one major issue that could have been life threatening. He was prompt to respond, was in constant communication and I know he cut me a break on the labor charges. Now O Riley's Auto Parts store recommended me to Blue Collar Auto Repair and I've had great honest and through service from Blue Collar Auto Repair and would highly recommend them to anybody.”

“Everyone here was really nice. Took my car in because it had a bunch of dashboard lights on. They said it was just a loose sensor and didn't even charge me anything! I went to the dealership before going here where they charged $150 for inspection and tried to upsell me on a bunch of things. Will definitely be back if I have any car issues in the future. “My 01 Chevy impala had electrical problems. Kinzer auto figured out it was a bad computer in just a few hours and had me on the road again within a couple days. Owner is very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend kinzer auto for any electrical problems.”
“We had a screw lodged in the tire on our Tesla Model 3. Closest place to go was Louisville or Cincinnati as there aren't many options for EV in KY. I was able to schedule a repair with the guys here in Georgetown and I'm glad I did. The service was great, and they fixed the tire easily. “I find the staff here to be very honest and knowledgeable. My car took a while to get fixed, but I never felt taken advantage of, even as a young woman visiting the shop alone. Mike and Jordan were especially sweet and helpful.
I suspect that some complaints in other reviews stem from a lack of patience or understanding about the process. The shop is always busy, and it seems they often don’t have enough workers, but the team genuinely tries to accommodate everyone.
One downside is that I had to call for updates, and the parts distributors can be slow, especially for older BMW models like mine. However, they maintained a positive attitude despite my frequent calls, and they clearly work well together.
Overall, I trust this team and appreciate their dedication to providing good service, especially in a corporate setting where they’re motivated by their commitment to customers rather than personal gain.”
