Eight days later we took delivery!James and everyone else at the dealership was courteous, helpful, professional and efficient. “Had Lowell's work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma the week after new years. I had a list of general maintenance items that I wanted done. Before they did any of the items, they called me and informed me that 2 of the items were not needed. They said the rear brake shoes were only 40% worn and that I did not need an oil pan gasket, but only needed an oil pan plug gasket which cost a little over a dollar. They took care of the other items to my satisfaction and probably save me a few hundred dollars on the total bill.I would definitely recommend Lowells to anybody. Excellent work at a very fair price and I appreciate their honesty.”

“We were so pleased our mechanic recommended Ashley for our nearly “historic” Taurus. They got us in a timely manner. Though our mechanic thought we needed tire rods they assessed and repaired the vehicle with integrity finding it only needed ball bearings.They kept us informed on the work and cost.We could not retrieve our car until the morning after it was ready which they allowed.Fair price for excellent service!”
“They do good work and are pretty trust worthy I took both my box trucks in for dot inspection and oil change my first truck went smooth and was charged what I consider a very fair amount my other truck had a few problems that there working now but Ryan the guy I've been dealing with has been very good giving me cost estaments and updates on the work. So if you got a big truck in lex and need some work I would recommend cilff's for sure”

“I needed the roof hinges on my 335i convertible repaired and I took it to two dealers and one other foreign car repair place. All the estimates was nearly $3000. I had one other place to check and it was Motorsports of Lexington and I figured I was wasting my time, but I went anyway.When they gave me an estimate of $687.00 I was extremely leary and he explained everything they would do to fix it. It took a few weeks to get in and I still almost didn't take it because I was apprehensive about the low price, but I took it. It took them only one day to fix it and made my apprehension even worse when they called and said it was ready.I live out of down and drove up the next day to see what was actually done and see if the price had changed. When I got there, I went to the vehicle and everything looked good. I got in and retracted the roof and it worked perfectly. I couldn't believe it! I went in and paid and told him I would like to speak to the mechanic and he asked if anything was wrong and I said, "No! Everything works perfectly. How much do I owe you and he said the total is $687.00" I was pleasantly surprised and I went back and Corey the mechanic wasn't there at the moment, but I told the other guys to tell him I wanted to thank him personally for fixing my car at the price they me. They said they would.My family owns four foreign cars and I told him that if something ever happens again, I will bring them here.I am still dismayed at the price and the quality of work done. If anyone reading this long review has an issue with their car, I wholeheartedly recommend these folks.”

I bought a used car ( as is) after a while I notice the brake bads and rotors needed to be replaced, I got an estimate for two different shops and I was going to pay over 800 dollars, I called the dealership and the gentleman told me to bring it in, he ended up replacing everything plus fixing a small issue with the trunk and the washer fluids at 0 charge.
