“I have a highly sensitive, reactive aussie. You wouldn't know that based on our last visit (of many visits over the last 5 years). They do such a phenomenal job with fear-free care that she is just as calm there as when we are at home - and that says a lot for a visit with a blood draw and vaccines. “I have been going to this vet for a couple years now. I genuinely love the people that work here and have had the best experience! I won't deny, there was a time when I first started going that I got hassled for an overweight cat (but realistically, after taking a step back, I understand this is coming from a place of care & I wouldn't want my cat to have irreversible health issues because I wasn't well informed). BUT, I always feel listened to and feel like these people truly care about my pets as much as I do. They can be kind of expensive (most vets are tho) but I feel like it's worth the price because they go the extra mile. For example, I took one of my fur babies the other day for suspicious behavior and they've called me two days in a row to check on her. Love this place and their staff! “I love the staff here at PetVet 365. I was first introduced to them last year after my dog Lucy suffered a back injury. Lucy became a patient here for physical therapy. April was purely amazing. Her compassion not only to Lucy but to my family in such a difficult time was beyond words. Sadly, Lucy passed away a short time later from complications from the back injury. April and the whole staff had a sympathy card to my family the next day, and we had only been there 2 times.My family and I got our new baby, Bella, this past week. Instantly we thought "PetVet" for her new doctor. We made our appointment, and they got her in there quickly to assess her. Since Bella was a rescue from a shelter, they took time to go over the history the shelter provided, and listen to my concerns, about what I had observed from her. We were never rushed, and Dr. Day-Smith listened to all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here is a class act, and they take great care of their patients, and the parents.”
“Love this office! Staff are all super! Friendly, attentive & work easily around a busy schedule to get you in quickly, including Saturday mornings. Dr Hill is awesome, has been great w all my pets thru the years. General visits & surgical needs all covered by one office is so convenient. Large, comfortable, clean waiting area. Parking in front. Easy access from several streets. Always beautiful window flower boxes out front. Highly recommend!!!”

So knowledgeable, and such deeply kind and compassionate care, both for my Mom’s pets and for her, as she ages and has had more difficulty keeping up with the needs of her (many) aging pets. If you are looking for a vet who will truly get to know you and your pets, and can provide excellent care for the long term, you’ve found the spot. Can’t recommend enough!!!”
