“We used deck vet four our cats when I was a child, now I live across town and since trying other vets near me I will only use deck vet now. They are reasonable, compassionate people and have realistic expectations for what procedures should and shouldn't be done. They aren't going to upsell you just for the extra money like some other vet offices are more than happy to do. They also have great hours of operation. Deck vet is worth the drive from any part of Louisville.”

“Due to issue with previous Vet, Mt. Washington was highly recommended. My first visit was for a meet and greet with nail trim for my 2 feline furbabies. Dr. Chris Albert was a blessing. She talked about their history, did a thorough exam and trimmed their nails, made me and my furbabies feel at ease and comfortable. (I have never been witness to any exam or nail trim at previous vet, would take each one separately in carrier and bring back in carrier). She gave much needed advice that was welcomed. Very happy I made the change.”

Sorry my friendly neighborhood puppy (yes I know you see other animals also) doctors. ;-)I first met Dr Hill about eight years ago when my Alaskan Malamute pup needed some services and the previous random vet was not up to Hagrid’s needs.First Dr Hill was the only vet in the area (yes I could have and would have driven to Dayton Ohio but it was very nice to not have to) who would give my pup a vasectomy, this has worked out great and yes in non-us parts of the world is actually fairly common.Second, Hagrid ended up with Juvenile Cataracts. Luckily while Hill didn’t directly perform the services needed he did know how to diagnose this issue and where to get proper treatment.Otherwise, hill and all the doctors and awesome staff have been great with all of our pups even through the COVID years. We have Hagrid (Alaskan Malamute - 8 years), Shurie (Boxer - 4 years), and Wile (Mt Cur - 2 years). They also seem our previous boxer Nessy during the second half of her life. Sure miss that pup.Thank you all for being awesome to us and our babies.******Always very nice.”
