“Scott got me together!!;He sold me a PPI Amp for my subwoofers!!! And!! I know I'm hitting hard!! The amp push the subs so well that it broke my custom built box!!! Damn!! Two (2) Kicker Comp R 15 inch subwoofers without the Big 3 Upgrade!! No extra battery or capacitor yet!! Amp not properly set yet!!! And, still beating like Godzilla and King Kong fighting in the trunk!!”
“My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phillip today. We recently had all new appliances installed but unfortunately the color didn't match our kitchen and the freezer had a crack in it. After making a few phone calls, we were put in contact with Phillip. Phillip went above and beyond to make everything right and he spent about 2 hours walking around the store with us showing us different options to replace the other brand new appliances that would work better with our kitchen theme. He never once pressured us and he made us feel 100 percent better about the whole situation. I couldn't recommend him enough!”

“I really like this target. The store is clean and put together. However, I do not recommend getting Target 360. They claim it’s free delivery services but there is a minimum of 35$ purchase plus the tip for the Shipt driver. I do not mind tipping, but only if my order arrives in the window I was given. Hit or miss on that.”

“The Sound Factory did a wonderful Job installing a bluetooth radio in my older Honda CRV. The sound was perfect, I was able to make and receive hand-free phone calls, fast installation and excellent customer service. They also have other top of the line products in the store like: remote starters, car alarms and sound woofers. I will definitely coming back.Thank you Paul and your team.”

“This is one of the better GameStop locations. If you want to read something on a box nowadays, though they will hold it with two hands for dear life because so many people have ran out of their store with stuff. Now that’s sad but other than that, they’re very helpful besides the one bigger guy that works there he knows nothing about sports games or games in general, but I’m not gonna give anything short of five stars because of the other guy that has taken care of me many times and helped me find many things I needed for my PlayStation five. Also I wish somebody would’ve told me about the show 24. This game is heat.!!! Thankfully there was a customer inside the store that had played it and reassured me that it was a good game and so far it has been a great game!!”

Although the stock is usually not full so for clothing especially you might not find your size. Check ahead on the site for what's available in store and you'll be fine.”

“Danny @ the New Cut Cricket Store Louisville,Ky was very helpful and treated us with respect after we just had a very bad two days dealing with the Boost Store Louisville,Ky.* * * * *We went into the Cricket Store and he was very inviting and had a very warm spirit with us. He knew what he was doing and he was excellent @ helping us,others inside & helping a person on the phone @ the same time.Danny had leadership quality and would make a very good supervisor or a store trainer.This guy should have top pay,no we do not know this guy but we know he had what it takes to work with people,my fiance will be changing from Boost Mobile to Cricket Mobile Service really soon and he wants Danny to be the one to set up his new phone service.Thanks Danny / Cricket Store after a nightmare for two days dealing with Boost Store & Boost phone service trying to change and get my account number after my phone was broken and a few years dealing with drop internet with Boost Mobile with mine & my fiance service.I've had boost for about 6yrs or longer and years before but their service is bad now.I was going to decide to stay with Boost with bad drop calls phone service but had problems with Boost Store & phone consumer service trying to get my account number & trying to up grade my new phone since I didn't like the cheaper phone I was talked into.Years ago I had Cricket Service & I'm so very happy to be back with Cricket,no more drop internet phone service.Thanks Sincerely,FromDorothyStarted back with Cricket around the end of 9/2022 and today's date 10/2/22 no drop calls or internet so far.?”

“Tim Herman, who works at your New Albany locale, is quite simply the EPITOME of Customer Service. He is patient, knowledgeable and quite informative. He answered all my questions in great detail. I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything. He enjoys his work and it shows in his actions. I switched from AT&T and he made the process seamless and stress free!! My experience purchasing cell phones, watches and a tablet was wonderful and that is ALL because of Tim. He sets the bar for Customer Service. I will tell my friends and family to see Tim Herman before purchasing a new cellphone. T-Mobile is a better company simply because Tim works for you. He is clearly deserving of much more than a mere "pat on the back!"”

“They were pretty fast in helping me out and even helped me out and came out to help me in with my stuff to pawn. And they gave me a fair price for pawning my stuff and I will be going back to see them if I ever need help again and I will say this the store on Broadway will NEVER get my business again as who ever the manager thinks he is ... Bad customer service and he shouldn't even be able to be a employee at the most a manager lol they must really need help... don't go to the store on Broadway lol but the dixie store is way more professional and has better stuff than Broadway..”
