I have never been more impressed with any of them than I have been with Hawkeye. If a company gets things right in one or in a couple of areas, that’s a plus in my book. But, often I find that there may be strengths, as well as weaknesses. (And I admit, there are some companies with few to no strengths in my personal opinion.) Hawkeye stands above the rest kind of like Stark Tower in the Avengers. Your customer service is top notch whether I speak with the owner or someone else. Your technicians know exactly what they are talking about, and search out answers as they continue to build the relationship. Your billing is clear and concise. I have known exactly what to expect from the first quote all the way through install, to my monthly charges. I’m not trying to imply that there will never be an issue, or that I expect your company to perform perfectly. I’m just saying that in a world where companies seem to strive for mediocre, yours blows me away with excellence. Thank you for instilling confidence, and for being the gold standard. “Great place! Honest quotes and pricing for repairs. They won't work on newer equipment because it's impossible to get parts but if it's vintage this is the place to go. They stay busy so you have to be patient but it's absolutely worth the wait for repairs.”

“I had a great experience with Bonnycastle when we purchased our first set of laundry machines after moving into a house without these appliances. When we decided we wanted a second set, I was overwhelmed thinking about how I’d find someone to cut the dryer vent, do the plumbing, and add an electrical plug for the new machines. I called bonnycastle to explain what I wanted. They came out and verified it was feasible given our current setup, and then we were off to the races. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they were able to handle all aspects of adding the second set, so I never had to find different tradesmen myself for each component of the project. This was extremely helpful and reassuring. The machines were in stock, and I was doing dual loads of laundry within a week! Bonnycastle turned what I thought would be a nightmare project into a dream. Highly recommend this company for when you have a complicated appliance project that requires more than simple installation. Bonnycastle will be our first stop for future appliance needs.”

Homie kept trying to sell one without a kickstand to me. Finally, I unleased and told him that even if theirs did have a kickstand, there's no way I'm paying $60 for a Case. He shut up about the case. I'm very happy with the new phone. I purchased a case with a kickstand online for only $13.”

Not enough staff to handle the customers, waited to check out 15/20 minutes with 1 cashier and the automated ones had at least 20 people in line. I feel bad for the employees and shame on Target for not providing them more support! It’s a 1 star rating, but I think they are suppressing reviews, won’t be visiting this store anymore.”
