“Waynes is a wonderful tire shop. They are professional and polite. Waynes is willing to help you finace your tires.I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. In one day they got financing, at a low payments, replaced all 4 tires and aligned it. Super impressed. They even did an inspection to make sure there wasn't any issues with the car, breaks, shocks, tie rod, ect. that would cause uneven wear to the car.”

“Where to begin with these guys! We were on bikes traveling from Cleveland Ohio to Nashville when a belt blew on my brand new rear tire on 71S. It was around 4pm and panic mode set in because of closing times for local shops. After finding phone reception on the hill off the highway I was able to contact these guys and told them my situation. They dropped everything and was there in 10 mins with a trailer. They had a tire and lift waiting for me when I got there and made the swap out in no time. They were even going to give me the tire AT COST. I was on the phone with my guy back in Ohio that does my tires and he was in the process of getting it cover by the manufacturer but didn't know if phone calls would be made in time before these guys were done. When the bike was finished they sent me upfront to pay and they told me there was NO CHARGE, ZERO and that they were in the process of getting it covered. THESE GUYS REALLY TURNED A BAD START TO A VACATION INTO RELIEF FOR US!!! I CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH. This was customer service at it's finest and really makes you think that THIS is was traveling on a motorcycle is all about, camaraderie/brotherhood and making some great friends. We thank you all again and keep up the great work. We WILL be stopping in again next time through but this time hopefully bringing lunch and just say HI.?”

“Bought a 24’ Pilot, great service. Gave me $15,000 back on my trade in and didn’t try sell me up on the unnecessary package options. Came away with good deal only paying an additional $30.00 a month on a substantially upgraded vehicle from what I was previously paying. Normally hate buying a vehicle, but HCH made it easy. Recommend Trevante’ as your sales associate if you are shopping for a new vehicle.”

“Wanted some upgrades to my new truck & after a few references to Willie & Mel's, I brought my truck here. They added a receiver hitch, Nerf bars & a spray in bedliner. Excellent work by this place & the prices were more than fair.Fast forward from 2014 to now (2023).The old Nerf bars were rusted out bad & needed replacement. So I came back here for the new ones.The new ones are a bit different than the old ones (round), but I like these oval-shaped better. Josh & Chris did an excellent, professional job & I'm really appreciative of that, not to mention it only took an hour to do. Obviously the prices had increased but today, what hasn't?Anyway, this place is top shelf for what they do & offer.KEEP IT UP WILLIE AND MEL'S.”

“I was very pleased with the service. I had some damage to my undercarriage that I needed removed. While that took less than 30 minutes to remove; it was brought to my attention that one of my tires was in terrible shape. I'm very appreciative for them pointing that out. They had offered to put my spare on, but I didn't have a spare. Meanwhile, I made an appointment with a tire company & Scott reiterated how important I drive with caution & to get that taken care of immediately. “Everyone I spoke with throughout the process (setting up my appointment, confirmation call the day before, and anyone the day I was there) was friendly, and informative. I had an oil change, tire rotation, front and back breaks done. The process was taking longer than I was initially told and due to needing to be somewhere they lent me a rental for a few hours while they finished up my car. I will definitely be back.”
