“Where to begin with these guys! We were on bikes traveling from Cleveland Ohio to Nashville when a belt blew on my brand new rear tire on 71S. It was around 4pm and panic mode set in because of closing times for local shops. After finding phone reception on the hill off the highway I was able to contact these guys and told them my situation. They dropped everything and was there in 10 mins with a trailer. They had a tire and lift waiting for me when I got there and made the swap out in no time. They were even going to give me the tire AT COST. I was on the phone with my guy back in Ohio that does my tires and he was in the process of getting it cover by the manufacturer but didn't know if phone calls would be made in time before these guys were done. When the bike was finished they sent me upfront to pay and they told me there was NO CHARGE, ZERO and that they were in the process of getting it covered. THESE GUYS REALLY TURNED A BAD START TO A VACATION INTO RELIEF FOR US!!! I CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH. This was customer service at it's finest and really makes you think that THIS is was traveling on a motorcycle is all about, camaraderie/brotherhood and making some great friends. We thank you all again and keep up the great work. We WILL be stopping in again next time through but this time hopefully bringing lunch and just say HI.?”
