“I am very picky about who I trust to work on my vehicle . I met Josh when I noticed my truck making a weird noise. He took time to investigate and diagnose the noise as a failing water pump and was able to schedule an appointment to replace it within a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I've since had him replace broken exhaust manifold bolts and gasket again at a very reasonable price and I've had no issues with either repair. “I was very pleased with the service. I had some damage to my undercarriage that I needed removed. While that took less than 30 minutes to remove; it was brought to my attention that one of my tires was in terrible shape. I'm very appreciative for them pointing that out. They had offered to put my spare on, but I didn't have a spare. Meanwhile, I made an appointment with a tire company & Scott reiterated how important I drive with caution & to get that taken care of immediately. I did exactly that & now my car is safe again.Thank you so much for going above & beyond,Tina”

“What an amazing place! Elizabethtown store surpasses all my expectations of a fix it shop ! The place was busy which is a good sign actually. Means they are trusted by many. I was there for about three hours with them looking at every aspect of my truck to make sure it was ok to put up for sale. They fixed a few things and educated me on a lot of things a woman needs to know. They were so friendly and family like. The bathrooms were super clean to be a bunch of men working with cars and the waiting area was so clean and comfortable. Just wish they had vending machines. I did get thirsty. I was kept updated on my truck and didn’t feel neglected at all like most places. Upon it all I made a few friends too! My experience was amazing. I will return with any and all of my next car needs.”
