“I was very pleased with the service. I had some damage to my undercarriage that I needed removed. While that took less than 30 minutes to remove; it was brought to my attention that one of my tires was in terrible shape. I'm very appreciative for them pointing that out. They had offered to put my spare on, but I didn't have a spare. Meanwhile, I made an appointment with a tire company & Scott reiterated how important I drive with caution & to get that taken care of immediately. I did exactly that & now my car is safe again.Thank you so much for going above & beyond,Tina”

“Had an appointment to get some tires put on that I had ordered from Tire rack. Showed up early and I think it was about 2 hours total but half of that time was waiting to get the car in, plus the 30 minutes early I was. They Inspected car and didn't try to sell a bunch of upgrades or unnecessary items or repairs. Tires look good and rides just fine. Staff was very nice and busy. Waiting area isn't bad, coffee, snacks available and a TV. Price wasn't bad for me bringing tires in to them, I'm sure I'll be going back when something is needed.”

I had a 7.3 Diesel no start issue. The people
over there were super polite. It's a husband and wife. They were able to get me in there fixed the issue and consistently kept me updated.
The main mechanic that works there is extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue in detail and found other issues and advised me the best affordable plan of action.
After it was all said and done only charged me $350. That was part's + labor and got the truck running smooth. ?
The guy is a real down-to-earth guy?. He's not trying to get rich only trying to make a decent living by helping people. Good karma will be coming his way.?
It's hard to find decent people that do good business. This is one of them!!!
I got quoted by c t power in e town a minimum of $200hr in shop labor. It probably would have cost me a minimum of $1,200. ?☠️ I'm not trying to knock them to each their own. I'm just letting you know the facts.”

“My wife and I are on vacation in the area with 3 other couples. Returned back with the men late Saturday afternoon and she tells me our car has a flat tire (run flat). The inside sidewall had been shaved somehow. Called Bavaria Complete and they said they would do what they could. Took the tire in to them, it wasn't repairable and they did not have a new tire in correct size on hand but did have a used one. They put on rim and, since it was used (and expected to just get us home), free of charge. We were in a bind and they are getting us home.”

“Coil went out and my car went into limp mode. Luckily I was able to limp it to the shop from Ft. Knox by 10am on a Saturday. Fixed by 1300 same day including getting the part in E town. Professional but above all knowledgeable. Cost was comparable to the speed and experience that got me back on the road. I would highly recommend.”
“After calling around to a few places to get my wife's tire repaired I came here. They were honest upfront. The tire had been temporarily fixed with tire sealant or "fix a flat". While other companies lied and said the tire and or when and air sensors would need replaced they didn't. They charged an extra$10 of what they normally charge and I was in and out in less than an hour. All the bad reviews are probably uppies who don't have patience or common sense. As for the person asking directions this is the day and age of Google maps. If you can figure out how to write a review I think you cab figure out maps or look up step by step directions online.”
“The guy offered me half my funds of storage related to a jail sentence on getting my car back to help me out. I couldn't afford it and moved a road country. But highly recommend them as they had tons of bad a*** cars in their shop well painted and well cared for. Thank you Massies.”

“The crew working on Saturday August 3rd went above and beyond. I was on my way home from vacation to northeastern Indiana when my tire went flat on I-65. Radcliff Walmart was the nearest tire changing facility to my location, still 20 mins away from where I was on a Saturday evening. I called and spoke with the manager to see if there was anyway possible they could get me in to get a new tire even though it was going to be close to closing time by the time I could get there. I ended up showing up quite a bit after close but due to the nature of the situation they wanted to help get me in and get me a new tire. I am so grateful for them that evening and so very much appreciate their kindness in this situation. Great crew and management in the auto care center.”
