I will say that the only problem that I've had was operating the coffee machine in the waiting area, but that is a me problem not them. “I purchased a new battery for a company truck and the associate that helped me was never asked or anything but was kind enough to take the time to change the battery for me so as to not be charged a core. The gentleman was kind and done a great job cleaning up my very dirty corroded battery terminals and compartment to extend the life of the battery. “Back when I first got my first VW, our local parts stores were no friends of mine. They absolutely never had the parts in stock for any euro cars whatsoever. Now here in the good year of 2024 you can get quite a bit of parts here and it not drain your bank. If you carried Japanese parts for decades you can carry European parts to!!! See how that works?! Very helpful couple of dudes here. There are 3 guys working at this location that have been here a long time and you can almost guarantee yourself the correct part of you give them good information.”

“I was in my semi with a trailer, and in need of some mini fuses, which the truck stop I was at didn't carry. I called and asked for a delivery of a pack of fuses, with in 10 minutes, I had exactly what I needed in my hand. Very respectful ppl, and for them to deliver a $5.29 pack of fuses showed me that they care about customer service. And as I over the road driver I can tell you many places now days don't. Thank you”
