Received a letter from Ford Motor Co. for a recall on my car. Called Bill Cole Ford they were able to get me into the service department very next morning. They offered to run me home while they fixed my car and bring my car home! ? Excellent service. I will most definitely return.

Joshua Clagg in ford service went above and beyond to help get our vehicle in and the cam phasers fixed before we left on vacation. I have been trying to get my vehicle in for awhile now so he was a huge help. The service I received was phenomenal and definitely will be taking my vehicle back for any repairs.
