“I had a scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was done quickly and what was completed was explained thoroughly. The technician always explained that the previous company that performed my oil change had cranked down on the plug that it was extremely hard to remove, the oil filter was loose enough that he removed it with two fingers. I appreciate the gentleman that took care of my scheduled service. I will be back.”

“Only shop around that would fix a tire leak I had on my extremely lowered (MODIFIED) car and Logan let me know that they would be able to get it on the alignment lift and get it fixed same day. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else for any of my tire needs from now on. Customer service was 12/10 and the employees there are just a blast and genuinely care for the well being of your vehicle and will walk you through the best way to solve of whatever issues you have. “Just recently moved to Jeffersonville and have been looking all over for a shop for a long time. I’ve gone all over both Indiana and Kentucky and found none that I would leave my car with.... after some frustration I broke down and asked around on my neighborhood Facebook page. Was given many recommendations by my neighbors in Crystal Springs Subdivision to go check them out. Decided to upgrade from rubber coolant hoses to silicone so I went to check them out and handed them the keys to my Charger within minutes. They were nice, extremely knowledgeable, and the mechanics were down right awesome. This is by far the best shop I’ve come across in IN and KY. Soooooo If you do racecar things and need racecar surgery. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call. They are truly Amazing! They can do everything from the typical A to B car repair to supercharged/turbocharged applications. You won’t be sorry.”
“Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn’t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn’t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can’t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone’s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.”

“My Kia was stolen last month and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare with obstacles at every turn - if you have a Kia or Hyundai, take steps NOW to protect it from theft. I brought it to Harrod’s for the repairs which was mainly body work, where the window was smashed in and the transmission/wheel cover that was ripped out by the thieves, and likely more but can’t remember off the top of my head after reading the reviews online. I had not used Harrod’s prior to this experience but likely will now for other future repairs or needs and have recommended it to others. Charmagne has been ON IT and has been dealing with my insurance company, Kia, and other business for weeks to make sure my car gets the parts it needs and gets fixed. She has been transparent through the whole process and has reached out multiple times with updates. I’ve been super happy and thankful to have her help during what otherwise has been a very difficult and frustrating time for me. I can’t thank her or Harrod’s enough!Services: Electrical repair”
