“Only shop around that would fix a tire leak I had on my extremely lowered (MODIFIED) car and Logan let me know that they would be able to get it on the alignment lift and get it fixed same day. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else for any of my tire needs from now on. Customer service was 12/10 and the employees there are just a blast and genuinely care for the well being of your vehicle and will walk you through the best way to solve of whatever issues you have. “I’m traveling from Louisville to Cincinnati I get a low tire pressure warning. This was the closest tire place to me. I pulled in the asked for tire pressure gauge just so I can check my tire pressure. The guy replied, no problem. Pull up to bay number one. They put some air in my tires reset my tire pressure gauge in the car. They did not ask for any paymentI can assure you when I need tires. I will drive from Louisville to their shop.Thank you”

The 3 guys who helped me(I apologize for not knowing their names) were so nice and didn't make me feel stupid for bringing my car in which actually didn't even need to be brought in. It is sometimes tough these days to receive kindness from people so I greatly appreciate them. Thank you.”

Less than 45 minutes to get my tires rotated and a few other items checked. Friendly service people and all went well. Even fresh coffee while I waited! Which I really need it for an 8 o’clock appointment. ?”

“I needed a tire rotation and oil change. I also asked Greg the Manager at my local Ken Towery Auto care location to check my brakes since it has been a good while since I had them serviced. It turned out that I needed a full brake job. They got the job done in the time promised. Flushed my old brake fluid, replaced with new. The tire rotation was free with the oil change. I am very happy with the Ken Towery experience.”

“This place is a bit off the normal path when you think automotive repair but is the perfect place to take your vehicle if you live in the Middletown, Anchorage area. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to work on both domestics and imports including, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi. The prices are extremely fair compared to the normal repair shops. Highly recommend and will return.”
