Eric in service was amazing. My wife and I were traveling on vacation and my Silverado 3500 diesel had an emission code and Eric was able to get us in and out the same day. Thanks to the entire staff for great customer service and understanding our situation.

Where do I start? Only reason I'm giving 1 star cause you can't give 0, worked here a very short time in the shop, left a union job too come here cause was promised the world, told them my strengths and weaknesses as a tech and I was told "you will succeed here buddy! We promise we will get you trained up and we keep techs along time" LIES! 6 weeks later I was looking for employment else where, the whole place is crooked! If someone really wanted too pursue and had the money too have this place investigated the BBB would close this place down permanently! STAY AWAY!

Was a wonderful experience. Bought a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, loaded. We love it. Has all the bells and whistles. Never had a vehicle this nice. Clayton went above and beyond to get me this car. I appreciate and acknowledge him. He was the best salesman I've ever had. Royal Oak Chevrolet, The ROC is the best.

They were ready for me when I arrived. They were courteous and efficient. I had a discount mail ad for battery installation which was immediately accepted. Service was immediate. My bill was certainly reasonable. I will return for more great service .

This is our first time at Rock-Royal Oaks Chevrolet. They did our first oil change on our chevy traverse. I couldn't be more pleased with the attention given to customer service. Barbara was very courteous and explained in detail the service being done. They go above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and pleasant.

First time customer in for oil change- The folks (Cody & Barbara) in service dept very professional & nice to answer all my Q's about my new vehicle. Oil change was quick and must mention the impressive waiting room they have with snacks, drinks n very comfortable seating. Thank you for making it feel right at home!:)

Brought vehicle in for safety recall. Dropped off at 10:30am and was told to pick it up at 4pm. Called at 4pm to verify work had been completed. It wasn’t. In fact, the part wasn’t even in stock. It hadn’t been in stock for 3 days. No phone call to let me know, just a “Surprise! You’ll just have to inconvenience yourself again next Wednesday and figure out how to get to work without a vehicle.”Update. 1/3/24. They ended up making it right. They picked up the vehicle from my workplace, did the repair, and returned it.

I had quite an enjoyable experience with the staff. Everyone I spoke with was both warm and inviting. Conversing with them helped make the time pass by as we were waiting on all of the paperwork to get wrapped up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase their next vehicle!

My overall experience was good the salesman was very accommodating helpful and went above and beyond to make us happy. There was a few problems but they made sure they were resolved this is the second car we have bought from Royal Oaks. They're detailing company needs to be a little better on the service part but overall a very satisfying experience thank you again AL

I had no intention of leaving a review but I’ve received no less than 4 text messages asking me to.We took the car here due an oil leak and $1000 of work was carried out that was covered by warranty. A quote for work not covered was provided for $1500 which when questioned magically went down to $1000 we called around to check for a second quote all of which were around or below the $1000 mark. Dealerships nearby also told us that some of the parts they were quoting were on back order and they couldn’t get.Ended up taking the car to another garage that quoted $500 for the issue. it ended up being $250 and there was nothing wrong with the part royal oaks had told us needed to be fixed for $1500 originally. They also commented that they didn’t know how they were able to come up with a quote as the engine was still covered in oil and they hadn’t even cleaned it to look.When we spoke to the service manager and royal oaks to raise these concerns he was rude and then hung up on us.I expect dealerships to charge a premium but not to invent issues.

We had a wonderful experience with Royal Oaks. We were traveling through and had been looking for a vehicle for a while. Royal Oaks had exactly what we needed and they went above and beyond to make sure we were helped, and got the vehicle that we had been looking for. From their friendly staff to great efficiency in the sales process they made buying a pleasure and not a drudgery! We would definitely recommend anyone to visit Royal Oaks for there buying needs.

My 2022 Chevy Silverado broke down on Labor Day. I had it towed to your dealership for repairs. Erik, the service advisor, was extremely nice and helpful. While it took a few days to get the parts to fix the fuel pump issue, Erik, kept us updated and encouraged. Everything about this experience was positive. The service department was diligent in making sure that the truck was safe for us to drive to Texas.

Customer service Cody and other staff was awesome they get a 5 star. The shop gets a 4.5. When appointment was made and part ordered I was told to have there at 10 and should be going home with it that day. Due to a change in staff they ended up keeping a week, but I was kept notified. Late Friday I was contacted that something else was broke. Which caused some conflict and I was told the manager would call me. Mr. Terry did not call me. On Monday I was contacted by shop with a picture of what they said the problem was. And said they would get back to me. Tuesday, After back and forth texts, pictures and phone calls I was told the manager would call me at 4pm. Again no phone call. On pick up I discussed with manager and he was mostly pleasant and always polite. Situation was resolved even though it took until after I left for me to understand what they were saying. So he gets the 3.5 star for not calling. We have bought 2 vehicles from them and plan to buy another one in the next year. Service and shop has always been very good.

Don’t ever buy from here or do any business with these scammers. They fudge the paperwork to show you’re not the lien holder so they can get out of doing warranty jobs. And disregard the warranty, specifically roadside assistance, altogether.When called out on this unlawful practice they hang up on you. When they knew a tow truck is coming to collect my wife’s car instead of finishing the invoice out so it could be paid, he disregarded it completely. When the tow company arrived, the service writer told the tow truck driver there was an outstanding balance. There was but that’s only because his lazy butt didn’t write the invoice and call me back to collect payment like he said he would do 4 hours before the truck arrived. Instead, I had to call 4 times to get someone on the phone competent enough to do a bill for an alleged diagnostic fee, so my car could be worked on by someone who isn’t a liar… The service department is rude and hung up on me multiple times. They also hang up on you when you ask them to just finish the ticket for the work they didn’t preform so I can collect my car. They even had the audacity to claim that roadside assistance is only for warranty work. Pretty awful way to treat disabled veterans and their families. I’d give less stars if possible. Greg and Rick specifically are pompous liars. The only good thing about this place is the third party warranty company they use. They actually honor their agreements and are paying the tow bill.

Sales staff was nice and friendly, knowledgeable of the truck I was looking at and was more than willing to stay past business hours to "seal the deal". Only complaint pertains to the Financing. There was not an option to discuss what local banks had the best rates. There was one out of state bank with a high rate and that's what you had to take.
