They do not back their warranty! Always find an excuse to void it! I will never buy tires from them again. They are dishonest in every way!

Bought new tires and 4 new tire sensors !! Just had the third one replaced they all have been on different tires !! It took 1 hour and a half to get it done !! If the 4th one goes out they suggest I take it to dealer !! Don’t I repeat don’t buy tires fr them their customer service sucks

Sams club was amazing when it came to me getting my tire fixed. The technicians Jason and Johnny (I think that was their name) went above and beyond!
