“First I want you to know my family and I absolutely love LO Pharmacy and the folks who work there. Today I was really confused and thought I would let you know so if there is a problem it can be corrected. I have come in twice for a flu shot. It is hard for me to get in. Again today I made it back and you were out of them except the high dose. Being well over 65 I said that would be fine. I gave them my new Medicare card and supplement and they said it wouldn’t work because I didn’t have D supplemental. I knew I had gotten my Covid booster and flu shot at cvs last year and the year before I paid for my flu at lo. So I was very confused. I left went to CVS gave them the same cards and got the shot free. I asked them about it and they showed me where ALL Medicare recipients get 1 FREE flu shot a year covered by B and also a couple other shots. This really confused me but anyways I got my shot although not at my fav. Pharmacy.”

“I go here to get most of my prescriptions filled and I’ve never experienced any problems. I usually drop them off and just wait on them to get filled, I always get a text (you can sign up for text notifications in the Walmart app under pharmacy) when my prescriptions are ready and I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my prescriptions. The staff is great and super friendly, the pharmacists are awesome, they have always gone over my medicines with me to make sure I’ve taken it before and if not they will explain the possible side effects. So in my opinion this is all I could really ask for from a pharmacy and is why I would highly recommend Walmart Pharmacy to anyone.”
