“I absolutely love shopping at Meijer’s by there’s ONE thing that I wish you would consider changing about your store? I wish you would put in a dressing room so we could try on our outfits to make sure we want them before we purchase them.
I live a little farther away from your store and it’s hard for me to return my purchases because once I get them home they don’t fit as well as I would have liked.
I realize that adding a dressing room would mean adding more employees but I believe it would also increase your sales. I have answered my share of questions from other shoppers who meet up with in the store and they ask me while they’re hands have clothes in them, “ Do you know where the dressing room is? “ and unfortunately I have to tell them that you don’t have one and I explain that I take my clothes home if I really want them and return them if they don’t fit or I change my mind once I get back home, this particular lady with all the clothes in her hands dropped the clothes in her cart and told me that she was from other state and walked away!
Anyway, a dressing room would be a HUGE investment for your store, Please consider it, my husband would buy more clothes from you if he could try the clothes on right away at the store!
That’s my only concern with the store otherwise I Love you store.

“They were very instrumental in me receiving my much needed steroid eye drops! I initially paid $171 for the drops as the Insurance provider refused to pay despite many attempts! It was worked out with the help of the pharmacy staff, Nortons Audubon, and my doctors staff! I received a full refund within 2 days credited back to my American Express Card! Thank you Nortons Audubon, unlike Nortons Brownsboro, you not only looked into the matter, you got things done! I will definitely make the drive from Prospect to pick up any future needed medication. I am done with Nortons Brownsboro , the rude staff there is appalling! I am not the only one who thinks so either!!”
“This is now the ONLY PHARMACY I WILL USE EVER! They go above and beyond to take care of their clients! Am disabled and have had to have numerous surgical procedures and many more to come. Hume is always there for me and my family and their delivery options are a God Send truly! Their delivery drivers are so sweet and attentive and I love the family atmosphere at Hume! They genuinely care about us and provides us with excellent caring service always! I will never fill another prescription but at Hume!!”
“The people are great and treat you like you should be treated and not like a herd of cattle like places like Walgreens. Since the first time I went in Ms Rebecca who's been there since the beginning has remembered my name, my girlfriends name and always treated us as I would assume anyone would want to be. If there's ever any issues with pre auth or anything, they're quick to take care of it for you and any time I've had prescriptions sent over from my Dr, hospital or wherever, they were either already ready when I got there or filled right when I showed up. Never had to wait more than maybe ten minutes at the most and after recommending this place to other people I know they now I'll no longer use another pharmacy themselves. Highly recommended in my book, they do the texts to lyk when your meds are ready if you aren't up there to begin with, they have a drive thru and do sell other medical items and a few other random things in store. The only downside of this place at all is they close at like 6 on weekdays and are closed on Sunday but I've never had any issues with it and I'm sure anyone else can deal with it as well. Beats waiting somewhere else for an hour or two to be treated like cattle. Not naming names Walgreens lol”

“Serves it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.”

“I made the visit to Walgreens today for my booster shot. Before stepping in I was wowed at the parking lot this spot has ... in the Highlands! Prime real estate for its customers and staff. Closely monitored as well. The pharmacy team was amazing. I was checked in right away alongside another customer. Upon signing a form I was taken back to another room for my shot. I was thankful to learn that if I lose my card that I can likely get another from Walgreens since all my vaccines have been there. I took a small spin around the store, which was very clean and organized. My favorite area will forever be the make up aisles - a small joy that trickles over from childhood and shopping at Walgreens with my mom. Another highlight is the card aisle and if you need a quick gift they also keep gift cards stocked. It's a great spot to print off pictures as well. Thank you Walgreens for helping me to stay healthy!”
“Went to the meat sale... $115.00 got 4 roasts, 12 ribeyes, 8 lbs of hamburger..90/10, baby back ribs, and pork loin, 4 lbs. I will go there every time on their meat sale.. FYI, I usually shop Walmart... FYI, their ribeyes are 12.95$ a pound... Never again..”
“I have been using Louisville Compounding Pharmacy for a while now for one of my cat's thyroid medications. As a rule, they do not ship out deliveries on Fridays but when they found out that my cat would run out of his meds before Monday, they shipped it out and I received it on Saturday. EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I highly recommend.”

“Thank God for people like Brian/Bryan (excuse the spelling) for going out of their way to help a stranger.My fiance can not see as she has infection in both eyes and it seemed at every turn we are having to jump through unnecessarily stressful obstacles all due to the fact most people do not care about others and/or refuse to put in the effort to reach the bare minimum requirements for their job.Bryan however is one of those people who will go out of his way, above the call of duty to help a stranger. Man has what used to be called compassion and empathy, very rare these days, I showed up last minute yesterday after dealing with putting down a pet that was family for 20 years, car accident and dealing with one rude pharmacy tech after another. Showed up here and was met by a bunch of techs ready to leave with their belongings in hand at 6:50pm. They refused service immediately and quickly ran through excuses of why they couldn't help me. Usually I go with the flow and leave quietly as this is my everyday luck or experience of life anyways, but then something I've never experienced happened. A technician on crutches says they have time for one more and gets the computer running. The drugs ofcourse are on back order and no one has them but this man tried to help and I can't explain how much that means to me.Should give this man a raise for his willingness to help his community rather than live egotistically only thinking of one self as most in the service industry seem to do. Great leadership and role models like the above mentioned Brian are the key to getting oursociety back on track”

Even in the pharmacy drive-thru, his kindness and care comes across as heart-felt and genuine. Everyone working at this walmart pharmacy location surprises me, every time, by treating me with warmth and respect. I really appreciate them. Also very easy and efficient to work with.”

“Started coming here to fill meds for my dog (way cheaper than CVS) then realized my dog was getting better service here than we were at CVS. They are fast and do not seem to fall behind like other chain pharmacies. My daughter’s dr sent prescription in at 5:30 on a Friday and by 6:15 Costco texted it was ready. They will also call quickly if your meds are on order unlike CVS. The only downside is when I have to drag my kid across Costco to pick up (it can be busy in store). I’m also not sure what their stock is like for liquid meds for children.”
“After running into a nightmare scenario at the Fern Creek CVS, I'm transferring all of my meds here. I had to fill a couple prescriptions in December and January, and ValuMarket filled them within 15 minutes of the doctors calling them in (and they weren't 8 days behind like I was told CVS was). Sure, they don't have a drive-through, but I'll take 100% better service inside the store over a drive-through lane. They take most insurance plans too. This is the closest thing to a hometown (non-chain) pharmacy with individual quick service we're going to get in Louisville.”
“For the most part everyone here is super friendly. I do not like how I get text reminders that a script is due for refill and to submit the request when it truly is not due for a refill. I have to explain to my Dr and send photos of the text to ensure them it was not me hunting for an early refill, it was Meijer pharmacy system. I do wish they would keep regular prescription medication in stock if they know they have people who gets it filled regularly. The M Perks is a definite plus!!”

“I've never had a single bad experience with any of their doctors, nurses, assistants, anyone. Everyone working there makes an effort to make your experience as easy, quick, and pleasant as possible. My children and I have gone here for years and I wouldn't even think of changing our primary care. That being said, there is only one big issue with this place which is timely care. I often wait hours on hold to schedule appointments. For dental I waited just to be told they were already booked for the next month and weren't booking any more for another month which would be scheduled another month out. You have to call and wait every day to ask if booking for dental has opened yet. Also, Same day appointments for urgent care are impossible to get and walk-ins are not accepted as they are indefinitely booked but they will give you an appointment date. You're looking at a week out or a trip to another urgent care or the ER if you can't wait or if you need a work note because you caught a cold.”

“I just switched my insurance and my insurance was not showing as active in the pharmacy system so they said I would have to pay $500 to get my medication (a medication that I need and have to take daily). This was at 9:30am yesterday morning (02/08/24), the pharmacist called my insurance company and kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know if the insurance company had been able to correct whatever issue was going on. I got off work at 4pm and went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist and another women had tried to put in the information again and it still was not showing that I had insurance ( I paid the premium for it so I know I have it) so they walked to their computer for about 10 minutes as the line grew longer and longer and knocked the price of my medicine from $500 to $98 and then found another discount to get it down to $84 . I know I won’t get that refunded by my insurance company but the pharmacist and staff at the pharmacy did all they could to help me throughout the entire day regardless of how busy they were , and they were very busy . I’m so grateful for this staff and the care and compassion they showed me”
