“I ended up off the side of the interstate, with my vehicle unable to be driven. I got a notification that the tow truck driver would arrive in 60mins — Matt showed up ten minutes later! He gave extremely professional service, was patient and understanding with my frustration, and (bless his heart) he even listened to my endless chatter because I needed a ride in the truck to the mechanic shop. “We had a great experience with our tow with Anthony tonight. He called not long after I requested the tow and told me he would be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough, he was there in 15 minutes. He worked very efficiently to load our truck and trailer and got us off the side of the Interstate and to a safer location for my boyfriend to change to our spare tire. He was very nice and polite the whole time he helped us. His truck was very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend him to someone else in need of a tow.”
