“Car was broken down on the side of i-24 driver was super friendly even gave my kids food that he had due to not eating for way past 4 hours.a ride home with our car almost 2 hours away would definitely recommend calling if your broken down. The guy even was very friendly even after my kid threw up all in his tow truck.”

“Stopped in this afternoon-due to an opinion offered by an auto parts store employee I was anticipating a major repair.An estimate of anticipated costs was calculated in the front office. Before repair work started, Byron or Bryan (I have a "Congressional Witness Memory"-I hope that I am correct ! Apologies if I didn't !) said "let's put it on the rack & see what we've got".Long story short-they did not try to sell me a "bill of goods" They assessed what was needed & did the repair at an affordable.As I see it: "Lil Mike" & Byron (again: apologies if I got this wrong) displayed a high level of professionalism as well as a high level of ethics.Please see them if you need auto repair !Services: Exhaust”

“I had a tire blowout on I-24 driving from Nashville to Illinois on a Sunday night, still 7.5 hours from home. Steve was dispatched to me through my insurance and he took such great care of me and my friend. Towed me to a tire shop that ended up being closed, so he then towed me to his shop where he found a replacement tire for me. Sold me 2 tires for cheap (my car didn’t come with a spare) so we could get back home.Extremely kind, went the extra mile (literally) and provided prompt and quality service. A true lifesaver. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Thank you Steve!”
