“I visited the Mt Washington location with 6 giant laundry bags full of quilts, comforters, towels and my regular weekly laundry that would’ve taken me all weekend (at least) to get through. I just unloaded my last one from the huge, fast dryers and I’m done in less than 2 hours with EVERYTHING! Cindy, the attendant, was friendly, helpful and a true joy to interact as I used the machines for the first time. Thank you, Cindy! Thank you QueenCity Laundry!!”
“Nothing but good experiences with them, this business is family owned and you can tell, there very strait forward with you and are always honest and kind as well! Either renting a tux or simply getting something dry cleaned there I have had nothing but great experiences and could not recommend enough. Just make sure you let them know of any tailoring adjustments that need to be made to your tux and it will fit amazing as well!”

“I was on business out of state and was only supposed to be gone 3 days which turned into another week. I researched several laundry mats and I ended up picking hilltop. What a great decision! As I walked in I felt safe and there was a gentlemen cleaning the area. He was friendly and assisted me with my needs. There was free Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks, and a table and tv. What a great place being in a pinch hilltop provided a great service to allow me to have clean clothes the remainder of the trip. Oh and I only spent 13 bucks where a laundry service at the hotel wanted 54 bucks. Win win”

“Clean most of the time. The right side of the Laundromat dryers works better than the left side. I don't use the washing machines. The carts to carry your laundry in kind of sucks without the railings to hold on to. You have to bend your back and it's uncomfortable. Also, I haven't found a time yet that works with it not being crowded.”

Ended up having to go late at night to wash my work clothes and other clothes because I worked late and the workers were very accommodating to my needs when I ask them questions they knew the answers about the washers and dryers and even suggested which one that I should use pertaining to how much laundry I had”
“i'm a big review reader. this place had terrible reviews but i came here anyway bc it's close and takes quarters which i had already gotten out. i'm so glad i came! the receptionist was so helpful. the machines are not gross as others have said. there is a snack machine and free wi-fi. i'm very happy - will return.”
