“I have absolutely loved living here and can honestly say it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The layout of my unit was so thoughtfully designed: bright, spacious, and felt like a true home. I had multiple friends say that they loved the layout and facing 5th street with so many windows had a gorgeous amount of natural light. The grounds are beautifully maintained year-round, and everything from the hallways to the landscaping is kept in pristine condition. It’s also a very quiet and safe community, with neighbors who are friendly and respectful, which made it such a comfortable place to live. I never saw a pest in my apartment... which is important! Above all, the management team is attentive and truly cares about the residents. Their hard work shows in every detail. I am grateful to have called this place home and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run community that isn't interested in nickeling-and-diming you at every turn.”

I haven’t had any issues so far, and maintenance and staff have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a very positive and comfortable place to call home.”

The location is prime and close to everything worth doing in Cincinnati, they offer decent amenities, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and overall it's a safe, clean and quiet apartment community. I don't have any negative experiences to highlight .”
“I wanted a place downtown where I could walk to work. The Reserve is built on the site of an old branch of the Federal Reserve which is cool (they filmed the opening scene of Dark Knight here) and it is a 15m walk to my office so it checks off those things. I liked my unit; it was a bit small but nice with a good view of Carew Tower and huge windows that let in a lot of light.I appreciate this building so much - it is clean and it is quiet, which are the two most important things to me. The old construction/concrete means you don't hear footsteps or any noise from the neighbors. And I have not seen a single bug in 2 years of living here.Emily has been the manager during my stay. She is very straightforward and professional. She has been responsive and helpful the whole time, from moving in to moving out. I hope wherever I end up next has someone this good running it.Other good things would be the location and the rooftop view, which is amazing and I spent a lot of time reading up there. There are doorman and they are friendly, and there's a gym which is basic but very useful. Maintenance dude is a little weird but he is quick to fix things usually.The only bad thing I can think of is that the building has recently started having numerous elevator issues, so you might be waiting for one for a while. But honestly who cares, the apartment is so good I wouldn't mind taking the stairs every day if I had to.Definitely recommend for people wanting to live in the city.”

“This review is overdue. I stayed here in April for 6 wks due to having surgery @ the Jewish Hospital with Dr. Erlichman & Dr. Noyes. The unit was clean, cute, safe, very close to the hospital and for follow ups with the doctors and PT. Hunter was fabulous, very caring & attentive to making sure we were very happy & had everything we needed. He even put in a handheld shower head as I suggested to make it easier for surgical patients. Going through surgery can be difficult but this place made it easy to feel comfortable away from home & Hunter really cares about his guests who stay there. We also enjoyed the cardinals, smell of lilac bushes near the area we sat outside which was wonderful to get some fresh air, and the deer who visited the parking lot.

“Overall a decent place to live. I would say the newness of it is starting to wear off but overall pretty decent.
Pros:
- Leasing staff and maintenance is great. Leslie and Jason were at a previous place I lived and they do an amazing job. Heather the Property Manager does a great job as well and will go above and beyond to fix issues like parked buses running all night long out front. Buses no longer sit out front now due to her hard work.
- Nice unit layouts. Probably the largest in the city if I had a guess.
- Nice amenities, but not overly great but nice
- Staff does a great job with community social events
- Bonus is when packages pile up and if time allows the staff will place them at your door for you so you don't have to go to the locker room. Very thoughtful gesture on their end.
Cons:
- Over the past couple months people stopped cleaning up after their dogs outside. It is pretty much just dog waste everywhere an area of grass is nearby. At this point you will have to walk a couple of blocks to find an area where your dog isn't walking through waste and then tracking it inside.
- It does get a bit dirty in the common areas on the weekends especially Sunday.”
“My family and I have called Hampton Farms apartments, home for 33 years. That alone should speak for itself. Kind, professional, caring, efficient and diligent to the residents and property needs.”
“Jay in maintenance is a rock star. Always takes care of things right away, patient, explains details on calls or in notes, and has a great sense of humor. Feels like a favorite family member comes with the apartment.”

I am originally from Indian Hills and Delhi township. I really appreciate the staff at Garfield tower apartments, especially Miss Jennings who I nickname Miss. Cincinnati for being the happiest lady in town and for her outstanding dedication as a property manager. She takes excellent care of everyone and I am so grateful for her helping my husband! I think this place is the nicest place in Cincinnati Ohio to live. Miss Jennings makes the place the happiest place in Cincinnati Ohio. My husband just thinks the world of her. She is very special to Chucky's heart. We need more Emily Jennings in this world. Mr. Brad and Mr. Shawn are great too.”
“We love it here!! We have been here since May!!! The office staff is so super sweet, Lindsay and Jennifer make you feel at home very first thing. It's clean, quiet, safe, and very affordable! The maintenance staff is super nice too, they keep the property up and get to things quickly!! Blue Grass Manor is the place to call your forever home!!!”
“This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. “I’ve been living at AT580 Downtown Apartments for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, with easy access to everything. I can walk to sporting events, restaurants, and entertainment, and getting on the freeway is quick and convenient, which makes commuting a breeze. The service has been top-notch as well; the staff is responsive and always helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to live in downtown Cincinnati, AT580 is definitely worth considering.”

We had a lease signed at another complex, but that fell through due to the place not being move in ready and having mold. Jessica was fantastic and was able to give us a tour on short notice, and then get us moved in within 1 weekend. She was so helpful in such a chaotic time for us. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!”

“Overall good responsiveness and attention to detail for tenants. We have enjoyed our stay and think highly of the community. Minor issues to report. The Wifi has not worked in the conference room, nor in the fitness room (one of the two Peloton bikes has remained off for several months). Carpet vacuuming is not frequent enough in the fitness room. Takeout cups not reliably available next to the coffee machine. Most aspects of the upkeep are nicely done. It is overall a beautiful building and has all the amenities that make life enjoyable. ?”
