On the phone for 52 mins then they hang up on me now I’m on the phone again for probably another 52 mins probably gonna get hung up on again I swear so unprofessional

Discrimination against Latinos. They accused me and my boyfriend of stealing, and after showing her everything that was in my backpack, the girl was not even able to apologize. It was super embarrassing, on top of that it looked super unpleasant and smelled super bad.
