Wait times to pick up prescriptions the last few months have been 20+ minutes each time. Need to switch to amazon pharmacy

Terrible service waiting for 45 minutes for a prescription that the could not fill for another week and no one let me know until I waited another 15 minutes in line very rude when I inquired after waiting for 30 minutes
