Horrible pharmacy - no one ever answers the phone. I used to really like this Walgreens and not sure how it’s gotten so bad.

I received a text message saying my medication is ready. I arrive and it is not. I’m told it’s because it is Saturday. They have no respect for time. So disappointing. I realize the pharmacy staff does not like to answer the telephone. I tried the other options with no results. The automated system did not request a renewal yet it told me it had. The pharmacist was rude, snippy and short with me. This is no way to treat a customer.
