“We have been taking all of our animals here for a few years. All of the staff and both of the vets have done an excellent job in making us feel welcome, answering all of our questions, and addressing our concerns. Our oldest golden retriever is in the best health he’s ever been in thanks to Dr. O Grady and Dr. Townsend. Recently, we had to put one of our animals down, and Dr. O Grady was a saint in the process. She handled it in such a way that we knew it was the right decision and she was very comforting and supportive. The staff even sent us a condolences card that we appreciated so much. We won’t go to any other clinic in the area we love them so much and can’t recommend this clinic enough for any and all needs!”

“I felt that my pups were in good hands with the friendly staff at Livewell Animal Hospital and Dr. Thompson.This was the 1st vet who swabbed my pup to see what bacteria, etc was growing on her skin. The doc took his time (I didn't feel like he was rushing through things, as most do, in my experience.) explaining the course of action and why. He also seemed to have more knowledge about dog foods and diet (most doctors are not) than any other vet I have been to previously. Infact, he has been the only vet that has spoken to me about our pups diet. I'm very grateful, being new in town, that my search for a new vet led me to Dr. Thompson and Livewell Animal Hospital.”

“Where to even start - we are so grateful to the team at Hopewell. Look no further than this team for kind, compassionate and high quality care. We had a cat experiencing an emergency urinary blockage and the team at Hopewell quickly got our transfer process from another clinic and got our boy into surgery within hours. But most of all their team were so kind and patient with us - two scared CatParents trying to sign up for CareCredit cards and navigate an emergency. They kept us updated at every step, their doctors explained what was going on with the best assurances and when his recovery was taking longer than expected, they let us come see him for a couple hours. They accommodated us beyond measure, and again I cannot speak more highly of how lovely the team was. They saved our cat's life and then went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that his follow up care prevented this from happening again - we'll never go anywhere else! Thank you to the Hopewell team for everything!”
“We love Dr. Neat, she is such a kind person and competent veterinarian. She spends time with you, she talks to you, she listens. The vet techs and assistants have always been so gentle and caring to my cats.
The only issue with this practice is they are going through a temporary absence of one of their vet doctors, so availability as of October 2024 is very narrow and your appointment will be scheduled several weeks or months out. They are doing their best with limited staff. When I had a concern about assessing a feline for UTI, the receptionist immediately texted me phone numbers to several Urgent Care centers. I wish I could also thank that person by name.
So I'd say VCA Farleigh is staffed by genuinely good practitioners, techs, and assistants.”

“I love the staff here at PetVet 365. I was first introduced to them last year after my dog Lucy suffered a back injury. Lucy became a patient here for physical therapy. April was purely amazing. Her compassion not only to Lucy but to my family in such a difficult time was beyond words. Sadly, Lucy passed away a short time later from complications from the back injury. April and the whole staff had a sympathy card to my family the next day, and we had only been there 2 times.My family and I got our new baby, Bella, this past week. Instantly we thought "PetVet" for her new doctor. We made our appointment, and they got her in there quickly to assess her. Since Bella was a rescue from a shelter, they took time to go over the history the shelter provided, and listen to my concerns, about what I had observed from her. We were never rushed, and Dr. Day-Smith listened to all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The staff here is a class act, and they take great care of their patients, and the parents.”
“Animal Doctors has a top-notch doctor and top notch staff. Every time I go in they love my kids. They are very thorough, professional, and reasonable with their cost. I have been taken my kids there for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. My babies go in for shots, check ups, and surgeries the whole 9 yards and Animal Doctors always outshines every other vet. I have three Pitbulls and nobody is afraid to handle them or love on them.”
“Love this office! Staff are all super! Friendly, attentive & work easily around a busy schedule to get you in quickly, including Saturday mornings. Dr Hill is awesome, has been great w all my pets thru the years. General visits & surgical needs all covered by one office is so convenient. Large, comfortable, clean waiting area. Parking in front. Easy access from several streets. Always beautiful window flower boxes out front. Highly recommend!!!”

The staff didn't simply write me off by saying, 'we can't treat wildlife,' but rather went above and beyond, contacting someone to get me a connection so I could take this little bird somewhere to be saved!

“We had the best experience 10 days ago when we adopted Zachary from the KY Humane Society East Campus. We went in just to see who was available. The facility is very clean and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the available adoptees. Very kind and friendly people! Kelli was our awesome adoption counselor and when we told her what we were looking for in a pet, she immediately knew Zachary (who is now named Zachary Binx and affectionately called "Binx" most of the time) was the one for us. She was so excited and told us all about him. We spent some time in the visiting room with him and fell in love. It was the end of the day so we couldn't adopt him, but we were back the next morning and couldn't wait to take him home. He is the perfect pup! Thank you so much for rescuing him so that he could rescue us. Binx is living his best life and loves the park, car rides, his toys, and of course, pup cups!”
