I never spoke to any mechanics, but I spoke with a gentleman named Cody. He by far went above and beyond to help me and explained everything that was happening to my car. He never rushed to get off the phone and explained everything in detail to where I understood what was happening with my transmission. He worked closely with the mechanics, and hands down, they knew what was needed. I've had my vehicle back 5 days, and I have driven over 500 miles and not one issue.
