“The mechanics and technicians at this Jiffy Lube went above and beyond and ultimately kept my family from a very dangerous situation. A different mechanic improperly installed brakes on our car, leading to a missing caliper bolt. When my car began making noise, the mechanics took a lot of time to locate the problem, even though the noise wasn't as noticeable while I was at Jiffy Lube. These employees treated me like a good friend with a potentially catastrophic car issue. They were compassionate, especially once I recognized the severity of the situation and my anxiety began to rise. They have a customer for life. If you want your windows cleaned to a crystal shine, find a good car wash. If you want your car and its occupants looked after, come to this Jiffy Lube.”

I trust this place to work on my vehicle, and I know I will not randomly show up with a massively inflated bill or told they did an extra 10 hours of labor without discussing it with me. I dropped my car off late on a Friday afternoon mentally braced to be without reliable transportation for the weekend and perhaps longer, but it was fixed in less than hour at a reasonable price. As a college student with classes, a full-time job, a part-time internship, and not much of a support system to fall back on, having such a quick turn around on the repair saved me from so much stress and money I would've had to sink into transportation over the weekend otherwise. It was a great experience and I'm super grateful!”

The 3 guys who helped me(I apologize for not knowing their names) were so nice and didn't make me feel stupid for bringing my car in which actually didn't even need to be brought in. It is sometimes tough these days to receive kindness from people so I greatly appreciate them. Thank you.”

“All I can say about the people at this shop is that they are the absolute best I've had nothing but great experiences working with them on all my car issues they are super knowledgeable and friendly and above all else they are honest and reliable i would definitely recommend them to any and everyone I can it's not often you meet such honest people who are just genuine and really wanna see you do good with your car a lot of mechanics I notice are out to make quick money these guys are the total opposite they will tell you whether it's really even worth wasting the money to fix and the price they charge is fair they don't inflate prices or try to get over on you they really value their customers”
