“I arrived here at the store today to check on deals on a new phone and I am very happy that I was able to purchase a new Galaxy s24 ultra. I was also extremely happy with the service that I experienced with our customer service representative. I would highly recommend this store and the fellow who took care of us today.”

Bo was great to work with being very helpful to make sure he gave us all the options we had to get the upgrade at the best possible price. He was knowledgeable in process of making everything happen for us we were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes with the new phone so thank you again Bo.”

“It seems every time I go into the store there's somebody different this time there's a lady named Stephanie and a lady named faith. They are by far the best and most helpful workers I've ever seen in there and I so appreciate they're patients and teamwork I hope if I should ever have a problem that these two ladies will be the ones to still help me because they went above and beyond more so than I ever have anybody here do. “Ordered a Samsung tablet from Amazon . brought it in to add it to our AT&T account only to find that it was equipped for wifi only. Noah Anderson took that tablet back to factory settings eliminating my personal info so I could safely return it. Showed me another Samsung tablet at around the same price and specs. He set it up answered a couple of questions about my account.. all without making me feel the fool for ordering the wrong tablet.. all around a good experience.”
“Danny @ the New Cut Cricket Store Louisville,Ky was very helpful and treated us with respect after we just had a very bad two days dealing with the Boost Store Louisville,Ky.* * * * *We went into the Cricket Store and he was very inviting and had a very warm spirit with us. He knew what he was doing and he was excellent @ helping us,others inside & helping a person on the phone @ the same time.Danny had leadership quality and would make a very good supervisor or a store trainer.This guy should have top pay,no we do not know this guy but we know he had what it takes to work with people,my fiance will be changing from Boost Mobile to Cricket Mobile Service really soon and he wants Danny to be the one to set up his new phone service.Thanks Danny / Cricket Store after a nightmare for two days dealing with Boost Store & Boost phone service trying to change and get my account number after my phone was broken and a few years dealing with drop internet with Boost Mobile with mine & my fiance service.I've had boost for about 6yrs or longer and years before but their service is bad now.I was going to decide to stay with Boost with bad drop calls phone service but had problems with Boost Store & phone consumer service trying to get my account number & trying to up grade my new phone since I didn't like the cheaper phone I was talked into.Years ago I had Cricket Service & I'm so very happy to be back with Cricket,no more drop internet phone service.Thanks Sincerely,FromDorothyStarted back with Cricket around the end of 9/2022 and today's date 10/2/22 no drop calls or internet so far.?”
“Mason at ATT was great. He was very honest and helpful. I came in extremely irritated with the insurance program- Asurion- which is apparently not ATT, but he helped make a really bad situation right. I appreciate his patience because I was extremely angry walking into the store. I still hate the insurance- but have a more favorable view of ATT based on my interaction with Mason and did not cancel my services which is what I came into the store to do.”

Trent was the associate who helped me and made it a painless process. He knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed and got me in and out, no issue.

“Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team!
