Noah Anderson took that tablet back to factory settings eliminating my personal info so I could safely return it. Showed me another Samsung tablet at around the same price and specs. I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!?
