This Kroger is near a highway and doesn’t open till 7am when multiple other locations open at 630 and their not near a highway.. make this make sense

Went in here to use the restroom, not shop. Men's restroom door opens so that you can immediately see through the crack in the stall to the person sitting on the toilet. Completely unusable bathroom. Clean though.
