They have improved greatly, I try to avoid the busy times but both times I’ve had a script called in from my Dr, the pharmacist had it filled within an hour!

They never answer the phone at the new cut Kroger pharmacy they're never that busy that they cannot answer a phone they're just that damn stupid

Went last night to pick up my scripts. Drive thru was closed. Went in waited in line for 20 minutes. Only 2 people working. The pharmacist and another person. The pharmacist looked high. Only got 1 of the 3 prescriptions. Just got notified that the one I picked up is ready for pick up. Probably going to find another... read full comment
