Kroger (28th and Broadway) pharmacy is so ghetto, the pharmacist told my client who is a diabetic that she doesn’t have time to show her how to use her dexcom device she needs to draw her blood to make sure her sugar levels aren’t too high or low . It be your own kind‼️‼️‼️

The ineptitude and poor service is appalling and unexcuseable. Truly disgusting. The fact that this pharmacy is even allowed to operate is a detriment to the community.

The drive thru is never open. They never answer the phone. The lines are ridiculously long and slow. They also don't fill orders in a timely manner (should not take a week without explanation). I'm giving two stars though because interaction with the staff is pleasant.
