Pharmacy line takes hours. Finally got to the front and was sent to another line. The other line said my meds were ready, so I went back to the first line. Here I was accused of cutting everyone and sent to the back of the line even though a total of 30 seconds had elapsed.

Probably the worst Kroger I've been to. Never any carts, dirty, overcrowded. Self checkout machines constantly malfunctioning- had to wait while a video recording was replayed of me checking out to ensure I wasn't stealing.

Never anyone available at the desk, always closed or not in service when I get there, might as well tear down the area it's in and put in a chic fil a or something cause that is just dead space
