He goes out of his way to answer all of my questions and goes over and above to make me feel confident that my car has been in good hands and very safe to drive as I continue to visit my son in Nashville very often. He never pushes me into something that is not necessary at that time and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car nor my daughters. As a matter of fact, I won’t get my oil changed or anything else done to my car unless he is there. “Genuinely caring and honest auto shop. I previously went to the Volvo dealership in Louisville where they told me I needed over $2k worth of "work".
Fortunately, I discovered Smith Imports. They took the time to check everything thoroughly and reported back that my Volvo had no issues. It's a good reminder that dealerships stay in business by overcharging for "repairs".
Even though Smith Imports took the time to look over my vehicle, they didn't charge me. And this was not a walk-in. I had to schedule several days in advance. Great to see an honest shop staying busy and still making time to help without an upsell. Highly recommended.”
