Amazing crew that absolutely are the go to for Wrangler owners! As with any total engine replacement the minor hiccups were addressed quickly and professionally! I’ll be back there as my 2010 Wrangler JK needs more minor repairs as any 13 year old vehicle will require! “Able to diagnose, get parts and repair quickly: in Monday AM & ready Wednesday PM. Needed all four brakes redone and power steering pump replaced. Also asked to check out engine compartment rattle which didn't get noted on work order so mechanic didn't know to look for. $$$$ vehicle repairs aren't inexpensive. Overall happy with repairs and will return to Niel Curry's Auto Service.”

“My 2012 volkswagen Jetta all the sudden sounded horrible like my exhaust came off and I took it to a chain place to have an estimate which was $1200 and they barely looked under my car, the car is older so I wasn't looking to spend so much. I decided to take it to Tony because he has great reviews, I'm so glad I did! He told me he could weld my exhaust manifold because it had fallen off. Took him about 20-30 min and it was done for only $180! My car has never been so quiet. I highly recommend.”

“Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn’t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn’t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can’t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone’s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.”

“I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time to get alignment on wife's van. A gentleman directed me to the waiting area which is very quiet 9and comfortable, including a recliner. My appointment began 20 minutes after scheduled time. No worries. I think they were putting out a fire. I kid you not, this waiting area was so comfortable I dozed off for a while. When I woke up, the van was outside the open bay door. I waited for someone to tell me it was ready. I was off work that day and in no hurry to do anything in particular. The man in charge, who I thought owned the place (I was wrong), told me the vehicle was ready. I walked to his office to pay and asked if they had a Military discount which I was told no. However, my invoice came out to be 10% less than I was quoted over the phone. That made my day and now I feel like bringing all my autos to Alignrite.”

“I have been coming here for years!!! I was sad to see some of the old staff leave. But still a good place to stop in. I have 4 stars because there is a god awful smell that hits you in the face when you open the fridge doors. And some of the kitchen staff seem like they don't want to be there. They are loud and abnoxious. Also you should check your fruit more often. It's not cool to open a cup of strawberries and more than half are rotten.”
