“Bought a car of which the dashboard is lighting up like a Christmas tree. Bought my own obd reader, which did not pick up the codes. Called them to ask how much they would charge to scan with their machine to see what’s going on. They did it for free, and spent a good 30 minutes looking around to see what my issue is. I’ve not had any work done by them YET, but the guy was clearly very willing to help. I’m very likely to be pulling back up there very soon. Would definitely recommend them thus far!”
“???Personally I gave german motors a 5 star review because not only did they solve my issues I came to them for but they went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was safe in every way for my family and me and worked well with my insurance company in every way as well as went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle while mine was down even when my insurance did not also yes they specialize in german vehicles but they also will work on any vehicle brought their way to help families stay Mobil while keeping them in a budget of our availability and they did not try to pressure me to do things not needed or just look for anything to charge me for like most places do. I definitely recommend their company and will use them at anytime I myself am in need again. And the best part was they listened they listened to me and were genuinely involved in my needs as an individual. So thank you German Motors and Team for everything !!!!!????”
